During a factory visit, you can inspect machine assembly, electrical cabinets, PLC/HMI systems, testing, FAT, and discuss your technical requirements directly with our engineers.

How a Factory Visit Works
- You send us your application and the equipment you are considering.
- Milotech prepares the demonstration and technical materials.
- Meet our team at the factory in Vietnam.
- Inspect the equipment and discuss the layout.
- If required, conduct product testing or FAT.
- After the visit, receive a technical and commercial proposal.

Before Your Visit
To prepare a useful technical visit, please send your company and country, participants, equipment of interest, product or load information, packaging, dimensions and weight, required capacity, electrical requirements, photos or videos of the current line, preferred visit dates, and whether product testing or an NDA is required.
Milotech will confirm the visit date, factory address, contact person, agenda, equipment to inspect, testing plan, and any safety requirements in advance.
Factory Visit Agenda
- Welcome & Company Introduction — project overview and Milotech manufacturing capability.
- Factory Tour — assembly, wiring, PLC/HMI, components and machines under production.
- Technical Meeting — product, packaging, capacity, utilities, layout and integration requirements.
- Machine Demonstration / Product Test — where applicable.
- FAT Criteria Discussion — agree what will be checked before shipment.
- Commercial & Next Steps — configuration, lead time, payment, installation, warranty and logistics.
Product Testing
Where practical, buyers can provide product samples, packaging, cartons, bags, dimensions, weights, or process data before the visit. Milotech can then prepare relevant testing or demonstration conditions in advance.
The testing scope is confirmed before the visit so that both sides understand what can be demonstrated immediately and what requires a customized machine.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Before shipment, FAT can be conducted based on mutually agreed acceptance criteria. Depending on the project, FAT may cover machine functions, operating sequence, PLC/HMI, safety systems, throughput, process parameters, pallet pattern, and other project-specific requirements.
Customers may attend FAT at the Milotech factory or participate remotely where appropriate.
