Milotech supports international machinery projects from export preparation through installation, training, warranty and spare parts.
Export & Logistics
Machinery is prepared for international shipment with appropriate packing and export documentation according to the agreed commercial terms. Buyers may use Milotech-supported logistics or nominate their own forwarder.
Shipping scope, Incoterms, packing method, machine dimensions, weight, port arrangements and required documents are confirmed in the commercial agreement.
Installation & Training
Installation and commissioning support is defined according to project requirements. Support may include remote guidance, technical documentation, operator training, commissioning assistance, or on-site engineering support when agreed in the contract.
Warranty & Spare Parts
Milotech provides warranty and after-sales support according to the contract. Customers receive information on key components, maintenance requirements and recommended spare parts.
Where practical, standardized electrical and automation components are selected to simplify sourcing and maintenance in the customer’s market.
